NCVT ITI Result 2026: Check 1st & 2nd @ skillindiadigital.gov.in

If you have taken the ITI exam in 2026 and are waiting for the NCVT ITI Result 2026. So, the wait is over now; the NCVT ITI (CBT & Practical) exam for both 1st year and 2nd year is going to be conducted from 06 to 03 August 2026. After taking the examination, the ITI Result will be released on the Skill India Portal, skillindiadigital.gov.in, on 10 August 2026.

Whether you are a 1st year student or a 2nd year student, NCVT ITI students, to see your result, you just have to keep your PRN Number and Date of Birth from your ITI Admit Card 2025. Below, I have explained the simple steps so that you can easily understand and check your ITI result 2026.

To check your result with this method, just follow all the steps given below, and by the end of the steps, you will be able to download your ITI Result.

Step 1- To view the result, first go to the Skill India Portal, www.skillindiadigital.gov.in

Step 2-  On the official website’s home page, there are Login and Register buttons. Click on the Login Button. 

Step 3- After that, a new screen opens. Click on the ‘ITI Result’ option.

Step 4-  Now you will have to enter your PRN Number and Date of birth, and then press the Submit button.

Step 5-  A new page will open. Now you will have to click the three-dot menu (︙) given on the top right side of the dashboard.

After that, you will see a few details as I have attached an image below.

Step 6- Now, click on the ‘View Result’ option, and you will see your trainee’s details.

Step 7- Almost all steps have been done, now you can check your Skill India ITI Result 2025 by clicking the View Result section, and also download it.

A few details should be present in your NCVT ITI Mark sheet 2025. If you can’t find or some details are misspelled, then contact your college authority or the Official NCVT Portal.

👉 After ITI, you can get a government job in many departments, if your trade matches:

• Railways (RRB) – There are vacancies every year for Technician, Fitter, and Welder.
• SSC (Staff Selection Commission) – ITI holders are eligible for MTS, Technician, etc.
• DRDO / ISRO – There are posts for Technician Apprentice.
• PSUs (BHEL, NTPC, ONGC, SAIL, etc.) – Trade Apprenticeship and Technician jobs are available in these.
• Electricity Board – There is direct recruitment for Electrician and Lineman.
• Army / Navy / Air Force – ITI students are eligible for Technical trades.

To take admission in NCVT ITI (National Council for Vocational Training – Industrial Training Institute) colleges is so easy. You will just have to follow some basic steps. Here I am explaining the whole process in simple steps:

Step 1: Check Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Minimum 8th, 10th, or 12th class pass students can apply.
• Age: Your minimum age should be 14 years (some states have an upper age limit around 40 years).
• Nationality: Indian citizens are allowed to apply only.

Step 2: Apply on the State-wise Online ITI Portal

• Every state has its own online ITI admission portal. You have to go to the portal of your state and register, and fill in the choices.

Step 3: Fill out the online form:

• You will have to apply for a new registration on the portal.

• Pay the application fee (fee varies state-wise).
• Submit the application form.
